How to apply for assistance
Assistance resources that are provided by Dionte Freeman Foundation Inc. is available for low to moderate income families with dependent children who have a critical need and who reside in the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano or Sonoma, senior citizens (55+), disabled indivduals, veterans, pregnant women, victims of domestic violence and transitioning emancipated foster youth.
Critical needs assistance is provided in the form of grants that are paid directly to the supplier of service, such as a landlords.Indivduals do not recieve direct grants. Assistant is alsp provided to Bay area food banks.
